Cashew Cheese
     
 

2 cups raw cashews
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/4 red pepper
sea salt to taste

Soak cashews overnight or about 6 hours.

Blend all ingredients in food processor or Vita-Mix. Add just enough water to get the right consistency.
